Outdoor kaleidoscopes
Another project for Lucy from Studio Makecreate, this time a couple of optical sculptures designed to last for many years outdoors.
They're now ready to hand over for powder coating in bright colours, and to have some additional sculptural shapes bolted onto the sides. I believe they're destined to be installed in a playground somewhere.
There'll also be some new objects made to go in the rotating drum. I included some temporary foam shapes as I thought it wouldn't do to hand over an empty kaleidoscope.
