Usually circuit boards are about the most functional thing you can design, but this project was rather different.
The client wanted to create a series of PCBs that could fade into some nature-themed video clips, and so the boards were designed to look like lakes, parks and forests.
The PCB for the shot of the lake district valley had about 850 hand soldered capacitors to represent the trees, although very few were shown in the final video!
